The contemporary Italian a la Carte menu includes irresistible antipasti, silken pastas, luscious risotto, and carne and pesce options, all of which are visually and tastefully impeccable. Vegetarian dishes are set to impress and our philosophy is to ensure the pleasure of gluten and dairy free dietary requirements.

Head Chef whom has spent many years working in two European Michelin Star Restaurants — Martin Wishart in Edinburgh and Patrick Gauilbaud’s in Dublin, William Ennis brings world-class cuisine to the heart of Byron Bay. Career highlights include being part of the team that won three prestigious Chef Hats during his time at Sydney’s acclaimed Bilson’s Restaurant, and being poached by Saudi Royalty to work on its luxury yacht in Sardinia. In fact, it was the Saudi Princes’ passion for Italian food and chocolate that introduced William to a truly elite form of culinary training.

Located at the front of the restaurant with views across the sun-drenched courtyard, the bar is the perfect place to perch for a crisp glass of wine, exotic cocktail or quick bite to eat. With the sights and sounds of the Pacific Ocean just metres away, it’s a great place to meet after a swim or surf, or mingle with a drink before dinner.
